Your Info
When buying we never see your credit card info. You are paying our credit card merchant direct which is PayPal.
We never sell or pass any of your info on to others. We never put you on a mailing list like others do. We never text
or call after the sell. If there ever is a phone call it will be from you to us. We do not even have a place to add your
phone number. Overseas may require a phone number which can be added to your payment or we may have to
request it for customs.
Mini catalog and flyers
Every order comes with one. Highly suggest you read it. Once a month one lucky buyer will get one that has a code
for a FREE item that will compliment the order that you just made. This could be a store credit up to 250.00, a free
headset, Add A Crew or a extra set of ear buds. Many other items are included BUT to collect on this you will need
to call us with the code found inside on the bottom right side of one of the pages. This will start with a W with
numbers and or letters after it.
Shipping
All USA shipping is free. Normal free shipping is in most cases 1st class mail or a UPS. If you think you need it faster

OVERSEAS Starting in 2023 we now have UPS rates for overseas orders with up to a 77 percent discount.

Pay for the items in your Shopping Cart
Pay the PayPal shipping charge request that you receive within 24 hours of receiving the request.

Email us with a list of the items you request with your Complete Address, and you will receive a quote.
Note. Former and previous customers in good standing may not be required to prepay in advance.
New customers will be required to pay before shipment.
Non Payment will result in losing all shipping discounts and the original request will be changed to the
non-discounted rate. The non-discounted rate will then be charged to your name, email and order.
International Collection Agencies are used for this service. Don’t let this happen to You. Agencies will
report you to the major credit reporting companies and this will affect your credit score and rating.
Returns
All sales are Final. In the event we make a mistake, or you have a defect just give us a call and it will be taken care of.
All radio kits are built to order and can not be returned or exchanged. Once the radios are programmed. Serial number
recorded and warranty filled out in your name they can not be resold as new. You are now the owner.
If we do ok a return, it must be returned in the original package unused and new. If its our fault, then a 100 percent refund will be issued. If it is not our fault a 20 percent return charge will apply. The charge is to cover the original free shipping we paid for.
Call or Email us for a RGA number that must go on the outside of the box.
Warranty
All items are guaranteed to be free from defects when sold.
Radios have a manufactures warranty of up to 2 years. Radio batteries have a 90-day warranty. We handle all radio warranties
for you so no need to have to contact the manufacture, we do it for you.
